Waitlist

Should a race distance sellout and reach capacity, registrants will have the option to signup for the waitlist. Should a spot free up, an invite will be sent via an email to the next person on the waitlist in the order that they registered. Should you receive an invite you will have 48 hours to either accept or decline the invitation. After 48 hours your invite will be invalid and the next person on the waitlist will receive an invite.

Refund Policy

ULTRANAUT RUNNING DOES NOT ISSUE CASH REFUNDS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

By completing registration for this event, you acknowledge that you agree with our refund, credit, deferral, transfer, and charge back policies. These are the terms and conditions of registration. There are no exceptions to these policies.

Deferment/Withdraw

Unless otherwise stated, we will provide a race credit on RunSignup towards the next year’s Yamacraw event. Credit is based on the number of days prior to the original event.

If 60 days or more, you will receive a 75% credit.
59-30 days out will receive a 50% credit,
Less than 30 days there will be no credit issued.

We are a small business and we incur most costs months before the event. Our refund & deferment policies are non-negotiable & go beyond what most other events in the industry are offering. We offer the ability to do bib transfers and distance changes to be as accommodating as possible. PLEASE DO NOT ASK FOR AN EXCEPTION.

Hardship Deferrals

A full credit pregnancy & military deployment deferral is offered & is good for 2 years of event date. If you need to request a hardship deferment, please email us as soon as possible at runyamacraw@gmail.com
Note: injuries, illness, weddings, vacations, graduations, etc. are not eligible for hardship deferrals.

Bib Exchange/Participant Transfer

Bib (Participant) Transfers are permitted and MUST BE PROCESSED through the RunSignup.com. Click this link for instructions on transferring a bib to another runner. You will need to make arrangements with the person you are transferring to for payment of your bib. Additional Runsignup.com processing fees will be applied when the transferee registers. Note: All bib transfers MUST be processed through RunSignup.com prior to race day. We need to have that person registered and their waiver signed. Do not sell your bib or hand your bib to someone to run in your place without having them officially registered through RunSignup as this will result in a disqualification and permanent ban for both parties.

Distance Change (Event Transfer)

Entrants may switch to another distance, provided the distance they are switching too has not reached capacity. This can be done through RunSignup.com where you registered. Click this link for instructions on transferring to another event (distance). By default, when transferring to a different event, the registrant will automatically pay the difference between the events, if the event they are transferring to is more expensive. No refund will be issued for downgrading in distance. The cutoff date to transfer to another distance is 5/12/2003. If the distance you would like to switch too has reached capacity, please contact us at runyamacraw@gmail.com and we will review the request.

Weather & Acts of God Related Refunds/Credits

In the event a race is cancelled due to extreme weather, fire, pandemic, terrorist threat/activity, or some other unforeseeable event, we cannot offer refunds. We will do everything we can to reschedule the event and defer all participants registered at the time of the postponement to the rescheduled date or offer a credit.

ANY race can be cancelled, postponed, or ended early by the Race Director, emergency medical personnel, or any of our associated land manager(s). Those decisions will be made based on an in depth risk management assessment conducted by the race director, emergency medical personnel, and/or land manager(s), and with the overall safety of all involved (runners, spectators, volunteers, etc), and land resource management, in mind. We understand these difficult decisions may not be the most popular with all involved, but the decision will be made with the proper risk management considerations in mind. Please understand that this is a risk we all assume in hosting, and/or participating in, these types of events.

With these policies we are trying to be as accommodating as possible. This is more than generous as we incur most costs early on in the planning process, and these policies represent our ability to reasonably provide options to runners who cannot attend, while keeping our entry fees low and quality high. Our refund and deferment policies are non-negotiable and go beyond what most other events in the industry are offering. Those who behave in any disrespectful, threatening, dishonest, or unacceptable behavior with regards to our refund and deferment policies will be banned from all future Ultranaut Running events.

Thank you for your cooperation.
