Packet pick-up will take place Friday May 19th between 3pm and 7:30pm at the Stearns Heritage Hall. Race packets and bibs will be handed out and drop bags for the 50K and 20K can be left at the Heritage Hall. We will hold an optional pre-race runners briefing at 7:30pm same location. The briefing will last between 30-45 minutes. We will discuss safety, course conditions, weather, and answer any lingering questions you might have.
FAQ: YES, Runners who can not make it to packet pick-up on Friday can pick up their packets, bibs, and leave their drop bags at check in on race day morning.
Race Morning Check in
50K and 20K Runners – Those running the 50K and 20K will check in at the Stearns Heritage Hall on Saturday, May 20th. Check in begins at 6:00 AM. If you are running the 50k, you will need to check-in before 6:50 AM as we will begin loading the shuttle at 7:00 AM for the 50K. If you are running the 20K, you will need to check-in before 7:50 AM as we will begin loading the shuttle at 8:00 AM for the 20K.
10K Runners – Those running the 10K race will check in at Blue Heron Mining Community (Google Map). Check in for begins at 7:00 AM on Sunday, May 21st.
Yamacraw Kid’s Race – Those running the kid’s race check in at Blue Heron Mining Community (Google Map). Check in begins at 7:00 AM on Sunday, May 21st.
